Shhh…Adam Richman has a secret! In the new original Travel Channel series, “Man Finds Food,” the foodie and in-the-know host crisscrosses the country on the ultimate quest to uncover unique, surprising, delicious and hidden food treasures. Having spent years on the road introducing viewers to America’s most interesting eating establishments, Richman has tasted nearly every dish imaginable, and learned of many cuisine secrets lurking around the American food scene. He unveils a combination of off-the-menu items and off-the-grid restaurants – some that are even hidden to locals! [Half-hour episodes]

“Made Man Meals” – Premieres Wednesday, April 8 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT
Adam Richman is in Las Vegas, going all in for everything from a secret breakfast sandwich in a mom-and-pop brunch spot and New York pizza down an almost impossible-to-find casino hallway, to off-menu sliders with surprising buns and a classified dish found at a hidden mob-inspired speakeasy in Chicago. Richman’s first stop is a classy Sahara Avenue joint known as Capo’s Italian Steakhouse. With a secret entrance, this restaurant emits an authentic Chicago mafia approach to old world American-Italian food. Next on Richman’s Sin City search is Park on Fremont, a local hotspot for modern comfort food and a rather unique ambiance. Guided only be a neon parking sign, Richman is on the hunt for an off-menu lobster slider that’s sure to impress. His next stop is a secluded pizzeria, known simply as “The Pizzeria.” In fact, it’s so secret that it resides inside an unmarked hallway within the swanky Cosmopolitan Hotel. Finally, Richman heads to Jamms Restaurant, a Westside brunch joint serving up fresh twists on homey breakfast and lunch classics.
